For our company operating in the field of Real Estate Appraisal with CMB and BRSA licenses, permanent and contracted Real Estate Appraisal Experts and Report Control Officer (Auditor) are sought THROUGHOUT TURKEY.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferably graduated from the Architecture, City-Regional Planning, Civil Engineering or Map Engineering departments of the universities,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the real estate appraisal sector,
• Having a Real Estate Appraisal Expertise or Housing Appraisal Expert License issued by the CMB and SPL (To have received the License Certificate or to be entitled)
• Having a good knowledge of real estate appraisal principles and legal regulations,
• Dynamic, sociable and able to work in flexible working hours under time pressure,
• Experienced in MS Office applications,
• Class B license holder and able to drive actively,
• No restriction to travel,
• Sociable, researcher, ambitious and capable of analytical thinking,
• Successful in human relations, compatible with teamwork,
• Completed military service for male candidates,
• For appraiser staff, Having to make all kinds of real estate appraisal and prepare a report and having at least 3 years of experience,
• For the supervisory staff; During the process of conducting technical checks of all types of real estate reports and approving reports, colleagues with at least 3 years of experience are sought.
